Dear Paul and Diane,
I would like to thank you for the first class work that you carried out at my Mother-in-Law’s property installing a new aerial and coaxial feed to her bedroom last month. It was good to know that she was in a safe pair of hands, with us living so far away.
Mum is reliant upon her television for company, and it is a necessity for her to have a reliable and functional service to her home. Being on her own and partially sighted and disabled, we have to be very careful with whom we are arranging to enter her property. Your CAI accreditation was my initial proviso, and having had a conversation with Diane and you put my mind at rest that I was dealing with a reputable company. Mum in law was impressed by your consideration of her disabilities, care and attention to the finer details and reliable timekeeping. I have no misgivings with the recommending of your company to anyone who has a vulnerable person that requires your services.

This is just a brief note to thank you very much indeed for the excellent service in supplying and fitting my new television and DVD equipment on Saturday.
These days I find that good customer service is very rare and therefore I wanted to express my appreciation to you and your son for the efficient and helpful way you looked after everything for me, as well as the help I received in the shop the week before.
I am thrilled with TV and DVD. I have managed to record a programme, replay it and delete it afterwards without any trouble! As you, said, the TV is very easy to use and I am still marveling at the fantastic picture quality.

Dear Mr. Mill,
I would like you to pass on my grateful thanks to your son when he delivered both my new Panasonic TV and ,a great surprise, the DVD Recorder. He was so patient with me, a complete technophobe, when he explained the workings of both pieces of equipment to me and made sure I could operate both remote controls.
He also didn’t mind the questions I asked, which were probably obvious to him, unlike some I could mention, M&S in particular.
I also thought the laminated “Idiots Guide” to using the TV & DVD Recorder a brilliant idea and a nice personal touch.
I am very impressed with the service you have given me and am glad I took my brothers advice.

Just a short note to say thank you again for installing and sorting mum's TV. it really has made a great difference to her life at present and plus 1 must have been invented for her as she can now nod off but still catch the end of the programme on the second showing brillant!!!!!
